Choice Parenteral Nutrition Earns CHAP Accredidation
“Earning CHAP accreditation is an important milestone for our organization. It reflects our team’s dedication to providing safe, and reliable care for patients who depend on advanced nutrition support. We are honored to meet CHAP’s high standards and will continue working every day to raise the bar in home infusion services.”
It's your choice
Every patient has the right to choose their own supplies and delivery schedule for their parenteral nutrition (TPN/HPN) needs. We believe in empowering you to make decisions that best suit your lifestyle and health requirements. Your health, comfort, and convenience are our top priority, and we are here to support you in making those choices. Please reach out with any questions or preferences regarding your supplies.
Dedicated Nutrition Support Clinician (NSC)
Each consumer is paired with a dedicated nutrition support clinician (NSC) who serves as their primary point of contact. This clinician is supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including pharmacists, nurses, and dietitians, —who work collaboratively to deliver personalized, comprehensive support. Together, they ensure that every aspect of the patient’s clinical care, nutritional requirements, and resource or supply needs are met. This team-based approach promotes continuity of care, enhances treatment outcomes, and provides patients and their families with confidence and peace of mind throughout their therapy.
Insurance & billing support you can count on
When it comes to parenteral nutrition (TPN/HPN), every patient’s needs are different—and so is their insurance journey. That’s why our experienced billing team, with decades of specialized knowledge, offers personalized support for each case. We work directly with your insurance providers to secure coverage, manage claims, and minimize delays. More importantly, we offer one-on-one counseling to help you understand your benefits, navigate approvals, assist with insurance changes, and feel confident every step of the way. Whether your case is straightforward or complex, you’ll have experts on your side who truly understand your unique needs.
